2021 Annual Stockholders’ Meeting
Access the Portal
Visit the AGM@Convene online portal (“MONDE 2021 ASM Portal”) at https://conveneagm.com/ph/MONDE2021ASM to gain access to the Annual Stockholders’ Meeting
Only stockholders of record at the close of business on October 26, 2021 (i.e., the Record Date) are entitled to participate in and vote at the ASM.
Register for an Account on Azeus
Stockholders intending to participate in the Annual Stockholders’ Meeting via remote communication must register at the MONDE 2021 ASM Portal starting November 02, 2021 9:00 am PHT and until November 12, 2021 at 5:00 pm PHT.
- In the AGM@Convene page, select the ASM that you will be attending (i.e., MONDE).
- Select Register Now.
- Fill out the form by providing the required information and select Submit Registration.
- A confirmation message will be displayed after a successful registration.
- Check your email so you can verify your account.
After verifying your email, your registrant’s status will be subject to authentication.
A registrant whose stockholder status has been authenticated and approved will receive a confirmatory email (“Confirmation Email”). If you do not receive a Confirmation Email within three (3) business days from submission of complete requirements, please send an email to support@conveneagm.com, copying MONDE’s Corporate Secretary at corporate.secretary@mondenissin.com.
Access the ASM
- Visit the MONDE 2021 ASM Portal at: https://conveneagm.com/ph/MONDE2021ASM
- Sign in to AGM @ Convene using your verified email or phone and password.
- After signing in, you will see the Home page, containing the information and
quick links related to the ASM.
