2021 Annual Stockholders’ Meeting
Submit Questions
Stockholders may send questions, clarifications, and concerns regarding the 2021 ASM to corporate.secretary@mondenissin.com and investor.relations@mondenissin.com within two weeks from November 25, 2021 or until December 09, 2021.
- Visit the MONDE 2021 ASM Portal at https://conveneagm.com/ph/MONDE2021ASM Sign in to AGM @ Convene using your verified Email or Phone and Password.
- On the Portal, select Submit Questions.
- Click Add button.
- Enter your question
- Select Submit.
Pending authentication and approval of registration, registrants may already submit questions ahead of the ASM.
Stockholders may still submit questions during the ASM. However, all questions submitted on or before November 12 2021 at 5:00 PM PHT will be given priority.
