Emerging Leaders Program (Management Trainee)
Our Emerging Leaders Program is designed to provide outstanding engineering graduates with the opportunity to take on concrete responsibilities from day one. You will be entrusted with significant projects within our Product Supply division, allowing you to make a tangible impact on our organization's success. Throughout the 6-month program, you will receive mentorship and guidance from seasoned technical and business leaders, have exposure to cross-functional teams, and engage in various developmental activities to enhance your professional competencies.
Engineering fresh graduates, or those with 1-2 years of working experience. Demonstrated academic excellence and exceptional performance in extracurricular activities. Has demonstrated strong leadership experience and potential, for example, has held key leadership roles in extracurricular activities, volunteer work or other meaningful undertakings. Sales Systems Specialist
North and Central Luzon | Pampanga
Act as a lead person for proper implementation, maintenance and monitoring of organization's distribution systems; Ensures efficient data gathering, sales reports generation and consolidation of reports; Conducts distributor systems audit in line with the company’s standard operating procedures.

Sales Administrative Staff
Manage and maintain the petty cash fund of the Sales office, including submitting replenishment summaries and handling reimbursements. Monitor and record weekly expense reports of sales personnel, and handle payments to suppliers and agencies while checking and recording billings. Coordinate hotel accommodations for sales staff and visitors, and source hotels and venues for events and seminars. Handle personnel and HR requirements, Maintain records of sales and operational expenses, along with contracts, and assist in collecting and filing attachments for official business correspondence.

IT Infrastructure Operations Lead
Laguna | Makati | Pasig
Responsible for ensuring system and infrastructure availability and developing a resilient infrastructure. Provide expertise in technology and standards development, and identify opportunities to enhance business performance. Offers 24x7 support and resolves technical issues, while also implementing ITIL disciplines, primarily in Change Management. Oversee the administration and improvement of various components, including workstations, servers, networks, and security measures, and monitor and evaluate infrastructure efficiency and effectiveness.
A bachelor’s degree in engineering or any IT Related Courses • In depth ITIL Knowledge • At least 3-5 years’ experience of managing a similarly sized team. • At least 5-7 years of appropriate experience supporting IT infrastructure and service delivery preferably with a medium size organisation. • Knowledge and experience in the following are desired: ITIL Foundation, Workstation, Windows and Linux Servers, VMWare, Virtualization, SAP, Network, Access and Monitoring Tools. • 3-5 years’ hands-on technical experience with server hardware including virtualization, Linux, Windows, and related Microsoft technologies including IIS Administration, Firewall, Network, ISP, Telephony etc. • 3 years of Cyber Security and Controls, IT audit, or equivalent experience. • 3 years’ experience architecting and managing IT Infrastructure environment. • A thorough and analytical approach with the ability to pre-empt potential problems. • Strong customer orientated approach with a delivery bias. • Experience of working with third party service providers. • Able to manage distributed teams. • Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills.

Acts as the primary link between Monde Nissin and the key supermarkets. Provides key directions and business solutions that optimize the operations and help key supermarkets reach the joint goals set. .
