Deadline for Submission of Nominations

Pursuant to Monde Nissin Corporation’s (“MNC’s”) By-Laws and the Rules Governing Nomination and Election of Directors (“Nomination Rules”) promulgated by MNC’s Corporate Governance, Nominations, and Remuneration Committee (“CGNRC”), nominations for directors (and independent directors) for term year 2025-2026 in relation to MNC’s 2025 Annual Stockholders’ Meeting shall be accepted by the CGNRC until April 28, 2025.
