Registering for an AGM@Convene Account
To register for the 2026 Annual Stockholders’ Meeting (“ASM”), go to the AGM@Convene online portal (“MONDE 2026 ASM Portal”) at https:// conveneagm.com/ph/MONDE2026ASM.
Only stockholders of record as of the close of business on May 29, 2026 (i.e., the Record Date) who complete the registration requirements may participate in and vote at the ASM.
Please refer to the Requirements and Procedure for Voting and Participating in the 2026 ASM for a complete list of the required documents.
Stockholders who wish to participate in the ASM remotely must register at the MONDE 2026 ASM Portal starting at 9:00 a.m. PHT on June 3, 2026 until 5:00 p.m. PHT on June 17, 2026.
- Go to the MONDE 2026 ASM Portal.
- Select Register Now.
- Complete the registration form and upload the required documents. Once all required information and documents have been provided, select Submit Registration.
- A confirmation message will appear after your registration has been submitted successfully.
- A verification email will be sent to your registered email address. Click the link in the verification email to verify your registered email address.
Shareholder Status Verification
After you verify your registered email address, Monde Nissin Corporation (“MONDE”) will review your registration details and documents to verify your shareholder status.
Once your stockholder status has been verified, you will receive a confirmation email (“Confirmation Email”). If you do not receive a Confirmation Email within three (3) business days from the submission of complete registration requirements, you may send a follow-up email to support@conveneagm.com, copying MONDE’s Corporate Secretary at corporate.secretary@mondenissin.com.
Accessing the MONDE 2026 ASM Portal
- Go to the MONDE 2026 ASM Portal.
- Sign in to AGM@Convene using your verified email and password.
- After signing in, you will see the Home page, containing information and quick links related to the ASM.
