Pursuant to Monde Nissin Corporation’s (“MNC’s”) By-Laws and the Rules Governing Nomination and Election of Directors (“Nomination Rules”) promulgated by MNC’s Corporate Governance, Nominations and Remuneration Committee (“CGNRC”), nominations for directors (and independent directors) for calendar year 2023 shall be accepted by the CGNRC until April 28, 2023.
