Monde Nissin Corporation (MONDE) was awarded 3 Golden Arrows from the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD) at the 2023 ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard (ACGS) Golden Arrow Awards, on September 28, 2023.
This recognition pertains to MONDE’s first-ever Integrated Annual Corporate Governance Report (I-ACGR) submission as an organization and as a publicly-listed company following its listing on the main board of the Philippine Stock Exchange on June 1, 2021.
“It is a good beginning for our journey as a publicly listed company to receive the 3 Golden Arrows recognition for our first I-ACGR submission. This award demonstrates our commitment to practice international good corporate governance standards which is valued by all our stakeholders. We will continue developing our ESG practices and framework as we innovate and pursue our aspiration of improving the well-being of people and the planet,” Henry Soesanto, MONDE’s Chief Executive Officer, said.

“The 3 Golden Arrows is a good indicator of where we are right now as an organization in terms of governance and compliance, and this recognition from the ICD points us to the direction of where we want to be in the future: a well-governed and compliant PLC amidst the shifts and transformations in the business sector,” said MONDE’s Chief Compliance Officer, Atty. Jon Edmarc R. Castillo.
Three Golden Arrows are awarded to companies with an ACGS score in the range of 100-109 points who have exhibited observable conformance with the Philippine Code of Corporate Governance and internationally recommended corporate governance practices promoted by the ACGS.
