MNC Group recognizes that market custom and acceptable practice varies across the countries in which the Group operates; however MNC Group is fully committed to acting in compliance with all local laws. MNC Group is committed to a zero-tolerance approach to bribery and corruption.​

Every one of MNC Group’s Employees is required to become familiar with this Policy and to ensure that Monde Nissin Group conducts its activities in compliance with the requirements of applicable Anti-Bribery Laws and the requirements of this Policy.​

​The Board of Directors is responsible for ensuring that the Policy is properly implemented and followed. All directors, officers, employees and agents of MNC Group will cooperate fully with MNC Group in order to properly implement, maintain, monitor, and enforce the requirements and procedures of this Policy.​

​Likewise, the person(s)/department(s) charged with the book-keeping, accounting, auditing,​ and financial functions of each MNC Group Company must implement, monitor and maintain​ appropriate controls and systems so that they are in compliance with Compliance Laws and​ this Policy Statement.
